I have a Fender Standard Stratocaster that was originally equipped with three single-coils. I swapped out the bridge pickup for a Seymour Duncan Hot Rails pickup. It's an amazing pickup, but I am now looking to replace the other two single-coils. I want to keep the single-coil sound, but I want a lot of output without the hum. Should I go with Lace Sensors or Fender Hot Noiseless pickups?
I play mostly metal, noise, alternative, and blues music. I'm very experimental.
New single coils for Fender Strat?
Go with the Fender pickups...for metal (esp.), you will find they will respond better.
