When is the most depressing time to be single?





It was always New Years Eve for me, but for the most part I enjoyed being single.

For me it was the first few days of being single, having to get used to it. After that it was onwards and upwards and I had a ball. Especially on Valentine's Day as all those out and about were fellow singletons. Then after a few months i met my bf and changed one type of happiness for another.

Reply:Well, when I was single, it wasn't a particular day. It was more those nights when I just wanted to hang out at home watching a movie and snuggling. It's not as fun to snuggle by myself! I always had a GREAT time on New Years and Valentines!

Reply:I agree on New Years eve being a depressing time for single people but Valentines is like the icing on the cake....everywhere you look everyone seems coupled up and lovey with each other...and it can seem like you're the only one without someone.

Reply:I think this time of year in general is the worst, because first you have the holidays, then you have new year's, and then you get bombarded by valentine's day...and it really bites! i really dislike being single!!

Reply:I never get depressed about being single. There's too much to do. I can do what I want and go where I want without having to answer to anyone. I have friends and family to share things with but no one in my way. Life's too short as it is--don't waste any of it feeling sorry for yourself! This is one instance where the phrase "get a life" really means something.
Reply:When your with a bunch of your friends and they are all holding on to each other and you can tell the girlfriends feel desired and appreciated for simple thing they do to reflect their beauty, and the only one standing alone in the crowd with your their own hands around their waist is you and your left unnoticed when your trying so hard to feel just as desirable.... Its a lonely sucky feeling man, but probably a bit different for you as guy though...

Reply:ive been with my man for 4 years and right now hes outta town and the hardest part for me is night time...so if i were to go single wich i never will it would be night time... 7 pm to 2 am .... and weekends ...weekends would suck with out him :(... dang i miss him so much %26gt;.%26lt;
