What's so great about being single ?

Being single is the WORST ! Nobody even gives you a hug when you need it ! The single life is cruel . I'm being wasted on the single life . A single person can't have a decent Thanksgiving or a decent Christmas . I feel insulted because in forty -- five years, no woman has ever wanted me for a husband . I don't have what it takes to be single . The single life is a big fat zero ! I HATE being single . Being single is a curse .

What's so great about being single ?
get some dating help, being single is fun, while it has its downsides, there are ups to it too.

Reply:I have been single for nearly 20 years. Yes, at times i wish i had someone to hold %26amp; love. The again, being single has it's advantages like doing whatever you want, when you want. Being able to just go out if you feel like it, go shopping any time you want. sleep in if you feel like it. if you are that upset about being single, do something about it. go and join a club where you might meet someone. no-one has ever wanted me for a wife, and i am older than you, but i am over that, i think of it as their loss. i know the person i am but they do not know what they really missed out on. think positive - be happy.
Reply:oh i feel for you...i'm sick of being alone too...last night i went for a walk in the rain in the middle of the night and sat on the curb for a good long cry....asking GOd and myself why i have to be SO single....your not the only one.....good luck;)
Reply:I have family and friends to spend holidays with, I don't need a woman for that. Relationships should enhance your life, not fix what's wrong with it. I have a lot of female friends, if I need a hug, I make a call or drop by one of their houses.





Being single means I can go where I want, when I want, for whatever reasons I want. I don't need permission for anything at all. I don't have to compromise on anything about my household. I don't get into trouble for making a mannish comment about sexy women. I can flirt and there are no negative repercussions.

If you think of single life being crap then of course it's gonna be.


Think positive %26amp; don't think you have to be with someone, being single allows you to find someone who is worth being with. She might also be the one who will want to get married to you.


Also what's wrong with getting hugs from friends? =]
Reply:Being single isn't bad at all, but it sounds like you may need to take some personal responsibility for your own happiness. I have found when I am truly happy with myself and my life, a relationship would just be icing on the cake, rather than being the answer to everything. Further, I don't think you can be truly sucessful in a relationship unless you have a healthy relationship with yourself first. In other words, no one on this Earth can make you truly happy but yourself.
