I want to go somewhere on hols in June... I was thinking of Kenya (for beach not safari) but the trouble is I travel alone. I am a married female and my hubby and I holiday separately as we have separate holiday interests. He likes biking and camping, I like sun, sand and luxuary!
My problem is that I find it hard to book a holiday package (say with thomsons) for single occupancy. I dont mind paying the suppliment for single room occupancy but they dont seem to encourage it. Anyone know of any good sites to find holiday packages who DO allow single room occupancy!?

How about booking the hotel and flight separately? Book the hotel - some hotels will give you whatever board you wish to pay for. Book yourself a single seat on a charter flight.
I've done this myself twice. Both times it worked out cheaper than the going rate for a package holiday with single supplement.
